COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marbaise Dortmund saf1-85/4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R21HSNAR1NSVS04 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R27SSNAR1NSNV02 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand RL2586 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as S392713H4015 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PM1850TFB made by Baldor as well as the popular R7847A1033 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S42KE00F010 by Modicon and S392713H4015 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S180100SA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nippon. |
